so there’s this rule in the discord server in the help-me channel
but the problem is no one reads the pinned messages, I suggest adding a bot that automatically removes a message from non staff if a staff member is already typing

I think it is a good idea but then since the helpers and mods have the ability to delete messages on discord, which means that they will be able to delete the message that is interjecting the staff members.
But then it will be still useful as the auto delete bot will be able to delete the message instantly that is interjecting the staff member
yep that’s what iImeant, the helpers do delete the messages,
so basically it should be something like the reports bot
it’ll delete your message and say “please do not message when you see a staff member is typing, make sure you read the pinned messages of this channel before posting”
This is a good and unique idea, I like it 
It would most likely cause more problems than it fixes. What if a player wanted to ask a question while a staff member answered another question? The player’s question would then be deleted as a staff member was typing.
In addition, the bot would be a little unnecessary because a staff member must already be in the channel for the bot to react. This means that currently available staff members can delete messages that violate the help-me channel Guidelines (message link) themselves. 
Plus, I don’t think this is even possible with discord bots
