Armor Sound Effects Not Working

Affected Service (PvP Games when equipping armor):
What was affected - NA Region, Skywars, SG, potentially other regions have not tested.

What is the bug?
When interacting with any armor piece to equip it, none of the sound effects like for example “equip_diamond” work. Oddly enough though for rolling Murderer in Murder Mystery “equip_diamond” will function properly.
