Hive Player API

API doesn’t support the Elementals ticket
This has been an ongoing problem since the ticket released where the API can’t reach players that have the elementals ticket. This is affecting other programs that relies on the API and instead returns an error (e.g. assistant). This issue does not affect players that haven’t bought the ticket.

Windows 11 PC, 1.21.73.

We’re aware of an issue with the API that’s preventing stats from loading for players who have the Elemental Ticket. This is also affecting stat updates on our website. Our team is currently investigating and we hope to have it resolved soon.
