Hey Forumers!
I would like to talk about AntiCheat Employee Recruits.
More information:
I’ve just realized that there isn’t a chat message saying to sign up for the AntiCheat.
I feel like there should be one for this reason.
@Bubblez705 gave me the inspiration to make this post.
This was said by them in my (I think) first post, and I was looking back at it. They have a point of The Hive needing more people working on the AntiCheat, so this would be beneficial!
Concept:
I’m open for feedback!
-Bun
They’ve switched from volunteer moderators, so my previous statement is no longer valid.

Hives anticheat is made by paid developers, which mostly are kept private

Its ok! It is very had to develop an anticheat, and takes a LOT of knowledge in coding (i assume), which is likely why they dont have volunteers.

Thanks for reading, and have a great day

They actually are contracting people for it, as you can see on their career website:
It does take quite the experience with Java (3+ years) and Minecraft Engine, so you don’t make the Anti-Cheat detects innocent players as cheaters and ban them too

Guys, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience of this post, I just had a lack of info so I didn’t know that they wanted to keep it private

So will you close this then as it isn’t relevant anymore?

F, this post was so good that the Hive added the suggestion before you released it

Just saying:
It‘s Minecraft‘s fault.
If the protocol on bedrock wouldn‘t be that bad, we
could have much better anti cheats with 3.01 range checks and stuff like that…
We have dedicated team members working on our anti-cheat at all times, regardless of whatever else is being worked on. Additionally, moderation is now handled by our paid, full-time staff team, instead of a team of volunteers.
