Explanation of Issue:
Usually when there is a message about the opening/receipt of a new item, we say this: Открыт новый предмет. We can’t say that: Открыто новый предмет, in this case, the word simply does not fit with the further content. As an example, I can give the game “Fortnite”, When we open the battle pass it says: боевой пропуск открыт.
