Could you guys allow to have our own 4Dskins .etc Wings and other cosmetics.
This will not happen because, as this article states, the rule against “4D skins” is not a Hive rule, rather an official Microsoft policy.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that any player can create his own skin, it may be inappropriate. TheHive has no control over that, it’s a new Microsoft rule that every partened server must abide by.

As stated above by 2 users, 4D skins will maintain permanantly blocked due to the recent update to the Microsoft policies, therefore Hive does not have controll over it
