Add vanilla spectator mode functionality in No-Clip mode
To prevent accidentally crawling and having chunks flicker all the time, why not implement some functionality of spectator mode into the no-clip feature?
This will be helpful especially for the chunk flickering issue.

With no clip enabled when in a Replay, every time you start/stop sprinting the chunks flicker, and it gets kinda annoying
