tnt would still be op imo, turtling is bad enough as it is rn. And you can get around defenses by having some teammates make a distraction & then sneaking in & crouching while breaking the defense
10 ems is to high. Maybe like 10 gold or like 4 diamonds.

also, end stone has high blast resistance, you could use this to break the outer layer of defenses

Like, if you turtle, you aren’t getting better gear, so when someone does attack you, they’ll be able to kill you easily while getting through your defense. It only delays death, but it doesn’t stop it unless it’s a team game & a teammate’s also going for ems

Water would be defense for TNT and should cost 7 Emeralds

I’d be fine with that imo. It wouldn’t even be broken and it would make it where only 2 servers have upgrades.
This could get the hive in trouble so perhaps boom boxes like skywars.
