More information:
i think this should be added because it helps by creating a private channel only the creator and MODs can see so its easier to stay on topic as if u ask something on the chat it may not get responded to since more messages were sent and they could be different questions, its also more or organised and neat
You can always private message a member of staff if you have any questions or concerns. Help-me is a fast and good way for players to get an answer to a question they may have.
