I mean, its already in the name
So, basically, with the new MM update, it would be perfect to make this. I’ve ben grinding MM for over 5 months now, and I just found out, that as Sherrif, you can inspect Gravestones, and instead of saying: here lies …, may they rest in peace, it would show you how old it is (goes on a 30 sec Cooldown). Im pretty sure that im not the only one who didnt know that, and I think it has to be in the description of the Sherrif role.
For example, under : Find the murderer and shoot him with your zapper…(ect) could say: Inspect Graves of the fallen ones, to know when they died (Please give me better examples in the comments)
I guess that’s fair enough, but to be honest I wish it was more descriptive.
What I mean is that, it doesn’t really make the difference between a dc and an actual kill, so like someone could dc and it would still say “this was recent! The murderer must be close” or something like that even though the murderer might be across the map completely unrelated to the death of the player. Similarly, doesn’t help that the proximity death sounds can be a bit gimmicky which makes it even harder to discern if there is no audio clues
That might just be me tho

It says: its only a few second old, its a minute old, and this is an old grave. This is very helpful, in yhe situation, you see someone going out of a room with a grave in it. And its still good to know, that youre able to do that

Yes, but if it’s a dc, which is actually quite often, and u see that “it’s only a second old” then you will incorrectly assume the wrong person as murderer.
Don’t get me wrong I think your idea of adding it to the sheriff summary is completely valid and useful for newer players, but I was just trying to say that it’s not used crazy often just due to the uncertainty associated with it.
And even then, if you have a normal gravestone that says “it’s seconds old” then you’ll be dead anyways because while you are checking who the heck coulda done this, the murderer already got you
So for the actual topic, 100% agree, for the usage, for me personally, I wouldn’t, I trust my eyes more than a semi-functional system
Agree, but all have at leas the right to know that this option exists (thanks btw)

If its a disconnect, it could say: This person appears to be unwounded. They probably disconnected.
Or how about: “[player name] disconnected.”
I think that your idea would honestly make it more confusing…
