Add the ability to disable capes in DR (Bedrock)

As it stands right now, there is no way to remove a cape in Death Run (as of my knowledge anyways). It would be really nice to have the option as I don’t want to wear one and yet I can’t remove it.

I never understood this either; Most cosmetics have a ‘reset to default’ option
