The Bridge has no API or leaderboard, so once we get level 20, we then have no goals and no motivation.
Please add its leaderboard.

Yes, I already know that.
But it is clear which he will choose, to let the game keep its players or to let the game keep its characteristics.
He will avoid having fewer players, which is his priority.
I wonder how Hive intended to keep us entertained in that game after we got to the 20 levels.
A) Just play the game, if you actually enjoy it you don’t need a leaderboard
B) Play the other games, almost all the non arcade ones have plenty of levels to grind through
C) I don’t think it’s as necessarily black and white as you seem to think for them to not add a leaderboard and lose players or add a leaderboard and keep players
Finally, I see plenty of max levels in other games and most of them don’t have leaderboards so it’s fine

What’s really the point of adding leaderboards? Sure you can play and try to increase your ranking but once you’ve done that, what else? (toxicity can still be an issue, ik that has been stated in certain posts).
I just need to get to first place on the leaderboard. It will be the same in other games.
Why do you need first place? It won’t matter in the end anyways.
