Add cape animations to the Speedster costume

The new speedster costume from block drop has a cape thing on the back of it. I think this cape should work like any other cape and react to the player’s movement. This would make this costume the first to have a cape, as far as I know, and would be a cool new gimmick for a costume. I don’t know if there are any technical limitations keeping this from working, but I’d love to see it implemented.

Idk if a cape will motivate people to grind this but it would be cool if this was a thing so I am going to vote if this is possible

There are actually a few costumes I’ve seen with these pseudo-capes and tbh I don’t know what they’re called. I don’t expect all of them to get these animations, but since the speedster is a reward for maxing a game mode, it should definitely have the animations.
