Some Minecraft servers (normally only focused in it) have boat racing as a minigame
How do they do this? They build a random ahh track (made of ice),add a mod so boats climb blocks and it’s ready lol.

I don’t know if this is the best idea? First of all, you can make that in your own world. Second, boat racing would probably not even be that popular. You would have to wait 10 years for just 5 people joining. If it is added, and is popular for a least like a month or so, they should add like small powerups or something like boosters, snowball, etc. Kind of like Mario Kart I guess?
