Add the option to make custom hub of the Arcade Hub

With the release of Hive Ultimate, people love the new feature of making a custom hub and have used it for various things. One of the hubs I personally miss, and I’d imagine a lot do, is the Arcade hub from 2022. And I feel like if it is possible to make Treasure Wars CS’s as a portion of people prefer playing in them, I think it would be a nice addition if Hive could add the option to make custom hubs for the Arcade hub.
