Add a hub for after winterfest
After winterfest ends this hub would be active. It would basicly be the regular hub just with snow patches and the cold biome grass.
This would complete the hub cycle of Winter (my idea), Lunar, Spring, Normal, Fall Halloween, Fall, Winterfest, (repeat)
