We all know the common stereotype of hive youtubers getting YT rank and then not uploading or in some cases quitting completely. However this would likely be due to demotivation as they now have no real goal!
What I suggest is a new rank for youtubers over the sub count of say 50k; it would give them a new found motivation to upload and try and get this rank and many creators would hopefully come back!
Perks
Perks on top if yt rank
- 100 player cs’s
- Able to fly in the hub without mounts
- More of the hive’s skinpacks are added to the “default skin” cycle as to better hide themselves
- [YT+] / [Famous] suffix (perhaps as a dark red text)

My hope is this will motivate some more creators to continue making hive content and help revive the server!!!
Just to note: this could work for
TikTok & Streamer rank however most of hive content creation is via youtube.

Honestly, I disagree, you’re talking about giving MODERATOR PERKS to a YT+ rank. If this was added, famous Hive YouTubers (like Evident) would mainly abuse it.
This would also most likely cause a flooding of spam in the chat, which would (I think) cause lag.
Also, the dark red color would kind of be misleading, since the original YT rank is (what I would say) a pretty dark shade of red.
Overall, the ranks are good to be left alone, with the exception of adding more perks that aren’t overpowered.

Yeah I gotta disagree, there’s not really any benefit to regular players too. It’s only going to go to a select few and the “top dogs” of Hive YouTube.

Itd be a way to motivate yt ranks to continue growing their channels as most of them quit playing/uploading once they reach their goal, which is getting yt rank. Having a rank harder above that would hopefully keep them playing and uploading.

Joking, they just removed the rank and now it’s part of the Hive rank, a paid staff position.

50k seems like a lot, especially since one, there are only 10-20k people a day on Hive on average (sometimes less!). And two, those 10-20k people a day are almost all the same people! Sure, maybe a few hundred more join a month, let’s say, but they probably won’t even know that people make content on hive for a while (I didn’t know there were content creators till’ my Hive acc was 7 months old )! The only YTers that I can think of with over 50k are TurboPiggy, Evident, Ignacio, Diecies, PotatoPie, and DannyIsTheBomb. But it’s a good idea and I voted!

Anyways, back on topic.
This would be cool if you remove the “fly in hub” perk. Then I would be ok with it.
Also, I think the suffix should be something different than [YT+] or [Famous], mainly because I feel like this would be spread out in to servers like CubeCraft or Hypixel.
I think the color should be able to be customizable by the YouTuber who gets this rank, just to make it a little bit more exclusive.
Overall, this is a great idea, but it needs to be fixed a little.
