Idea:
Add a cool down to the forums “create a new topic” option
More information:
Today there was a lot of spam topics created. I think adding at least an hour cool down for creating new topics would be a good idea.
I mean, there is no reason to spam create topics. The forums aren’t going anywhere, someone will always be here.
