WEREWOLF avater is shown incorrectly

Affected Service (Game name, hub or global):
winning lobby mainly.

What is the bug?
I already use /fixpurchase command. but still get this bug.

/avatar only WEREWOLF icon is invisible.

the funniest point, In the winning lobby, I meet premium avatar icon RANDOMLY.
