Thanks for bringing this up, though the best place to bring up staff-related issues is by emailing me or the Staff Assistant as this isn’t a bug:

To answer this query, we do apologise that sometimes reports take a while for us to handle. Every report is handled individually by a Moderator, who will carefully review the evidence given and look into each user. We try to go through reports quickly so that you aren’t kept waiting but sadly not a lot of users report with evidence. This means that for each report without evidence, we need to look at the user in-game or in replays, which can take a lot more time.
I understand it can be frustrating when we don’t handle reports very quickly but please be patient with us! 
Moderators cannot be around 24/7 and when they are, there are a lot of other things to consider with each report. Please understand that we’re always doing our best to go over reports as efficiently as we can.
