What is the bug?
Most messages I sent in the beginning of the video didn’t come through for a while until they all appeared at once. Then (not when I acually wrote the stuff) my friend (Zeux) confirmed that he can see my messages.
I didn’t get feedback in the chat for collecting the emeralds (my Quest) but they did count.

Thanks for submitting a bug report. The chat issue is likely down to your latency.
We made some changes to the frequency of quest progress updates for quests that require a high number items/interactions:
For quests with a criteria greater than 20, you will only be given a progress update once every 5th time the you gather quest progress, and for those greater than 20, every 10th time.
