Add a kit called The Sniper kit where you start with a bow and 8 arrows add enchantment if you like.

There is a similar suggestion to this. Your suggestion isn’t the exact same as the other one but posted it to see if you think that the other suggestion works better or if you want to keep this as a separate suggestion.
Also could you go into more detail such as what you might get when killing another player.
