Can't invite friends to a party when they are on a region

Affected Service: party inviting system across regions What is the bug? When you try to invite a friend playing in a different region, it says that the friend is offline and he doesn’t get an invite. Every Region is affected. Therefore the “Other region invites” button is entirely useless. Device(s) & Version 1.16.4, Win10, 2x Video: I tried to invite myself with these two accounts: [cant invite friends to party when they are on remote servers]

A recent bug report about the issue was incorrectly replied to, but I can assure you this is still something we have logged
