Quests out of order

What is the bug?
The quest list is out of the main order, which is 30QP quests at top, and 10QP quests at bottom. However, the quests at the GUI were placed randomly, making it igly. (I’m not sure if it was intended to look like that (obviously wasn’t) so mark this as #not-a-bug if it works as intended.)
