Quest Master not being updated in Asia

What is the bug?
I play on the Asian Server
When I open the quest master I get the broken Hide and Seek quest.
This quest has stayed for almost 2 days and hasn’t been updated yet
When I go to a region that isn’t Asia the quests are fine.
