The Quest Masters Quest Indicators don’t update when interacting
When interacting with the quest master, the quest indicators above his head updates depending on what you’re doing. However, these indicators don’t immediately update until you either leave and teleport back to the quest master or leave and rejoin the hub. Previously, it used to update immediately after interacting with him (e.g. if you accept a quest, the indicator should immediately update from the yellow exclamation mark to the gray question mark)
