Problem picking up dropped items

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
In all regions (NA, EU, AS)
If an item or several items are thrown on the same block on which it is parked and someone else is on it, he will take everything thrown.
And the Internet has nothing to do with it, and I say this from several experiences.

What is the bug?
A player is late in picking up items that have been thrown from the rest of the players

Device(s) & Version
Devices: Win10, android, ios. Version: from 1.16+ to the latest version 1.19.40
(I’ve been suffering from this bug for about a year and a half after I got banned for cheating)

This is intended game behaviour, as they were the last player to interact with the stack on the ground.
