well there could be a setting if you allowed it but only if you made the skin unless there was a thing where the marketplace creators could toggle so that you cant use it but you bought it and so its yours:
e.g. you buy a sandwich its yours now not whoever sold it to you which means you can do whatever you want with it: eat it (why would you???), stab it, give to a dog (but first put chocalate and cheese in it(i is cat)), etcâŚ
They wouldnât realistically be able to track that.
