What is the bug?
If someone accidentaly deny request, we can’t invite them to party anymore, even if they’re friends.

Thank you for submitting a bug report.
It appears that instead of there being a cooldown, the first invitation after having an invite denied will always fail, but sending another request will work.
I have logged this issue and it will be looked into by our developers soon.

Issue has been fixed in recent updates.
