Not receiving maintenance message on some devices

Affected Service:
joining hive during maintenance

What is the bug?
I was bored during maintenance and tried to join hive with 6 different devices lying around… from siblings etc.
I found out that only two devices got that sweet
“

s5 mini_Moment

” -message while the other four got stuck at loading ressources without telling me anything why I couldn’t join at this time.

Device(s) & Version

Windows 10:
3X 1.16.40 (one of three got the maintenance message)
1X 1.16.30.53 (stuck)

Android:
2X 1.16.40 (one of two got the maintenance message)
