Not letting me join server while not being banned

Affected Service (Game name, hub or global):
Entire Hive server

What is the bug?
I try to join Hive, and it constantly kicks me out to the menu in a way similar to when you try to join a realm that is full. I have tried it for two days, and it lets me join other servers. There is no screen saying I’m banned, it just sends me to the menu.

You are currently banned for X-RAY until Wednesday, 27 February 2019 13:24:32. It appears there is a bug with our ban reason showing system which we shall look into.

I knew I was banned, but people have been telling me I wasn’t, because I never got the screen. Thank you, though!
