No Replay NPC

This is all hubs

What is the bug?
I’m not sure if this is a bug, or intentional, but I noticed in the Spring Hub, there are two Hive Plus NPC’s and no Replay NPC

Device(s) & Version
I was playing on 1.18.12 on IOS

This has since been resolved, and the NPC should appear now.
