Hive is based in the UK. It probably wasn’t intentional but then again I can’t speak for Hive on whether they intended to do it or not.

You do know that Japan, Australia and several other countries nowhere near Europe also drive on the left (also England and Ireland are like the only two European countries who do)

Regardless, it’s shape is a lot more akin to a 50’s or 60’s American muscle car so I don’t really see why it would be seen as British

I do not think this would be worth it as it would be a mount not being able to fly and the potential chaos of having a large bus in the hub. Perhaps considering a flying bus mount, like the magic school bus, would be a better option. This way, the mount would be more versatile and the hub wouldn’t be crowded with a stationary bus. That cannot fly.
