Nerf the Nemo but increase the chance of getting it

ok so the kb nemo has a 1.2% chance of dropping nd it has only knockback 1

there are multiple ways of countering it some of which are mentioned in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Ksi_O9Nb7g

there are other ways which include, digging down one block and jumping into the hole which prevents knockback completely, and theres an easier way of just running away until you are safe

also this post has been discussed SO many times , its getting kinda irritating

Remove Nemo Vertical Knockback
