Whilst mods aren’t always in your game, it would prevent players from hacking or teaming if they played in fear that a mod could come for them.

If one person gets the message out that Mods aren’t actually watching the game, it will go back to normal. Im not saying every rulebreaker know eachother, but there are groups and gossip spreads. This also might not help because quite a few people can’t see chat.
If this got found out, it would just be a pointless, spammy message.
On the other hand, you don’t see very many rulebreakers in the community. Not gonna vote for now, but might do if things get changed.

This is not that friendly a message either and everything that Emberz sent is also a concern.
Also, if your main worry is to tell people to stop teaming or hacking, just type in the chat that “I’ll report you” or “don’t hack, it isn’t allowed”
Most of the time, if I encounter any teamers, I’ll just tell them to stop or I’ll report. Sure, this might lead to arguments, but it stops people most of the time!

There has been a rise in hackers recently
This is 4 months old, no need to bump it.
And as everyone else has said, it would make it harder to catch hackers.
