# Map fixing

Everybody agrees that It is annoying when you have to bridge to diamonds and you need to go back and get another 16 wool And sometimes when you get to diamonds, the jump back is physically impossible without dying, and there’s nothing you can do if you’re playing on solos

So the fix to this is make every map exactly 16 blocks away at the same height for every diamond and mid island so that this is no longer a problem. It will make it less annoying and more fun.

Another problem with the maps is there’s random holes on random islands. It’s annoying you when you’re walking and you slip into a hole when collecting diamonds or emeralds and you lose everything.

Its possible to use 16 AND get back on every map, I would suggest making a custom server or getting a friend with Hive+ to where you can test the best spots to start. Also, try to vote Aero or Sandstone then. There are definitely more, but at least those two you can get there without needing to jump once.

As the comments have already pointing out, you can make it to diamonds and back on every solos map with only sixteen wool.

If you are falling into holes on the map perhaps that’s a skill issue, not a map making issue. Take some time to learn the maps and you’ll be fine. The placement of holes is never even that bad.
