Make this clock functional

Idea: Make this clock show the actual time of the client’s location and time zone.

More info:

It may be a feature, where you can manually enable it or disable it. It can be made as the costumes are - 3D models of the clock arrows.

Also, if the idea goes well, they ca leave this clock as a clock tower somewhere in the hub!
