Make the this topic: Bedrock Forum Rules at the top of the forums page.
More information:
I realized that the rules aren’t at the top of the page despite being pinned, so why don’t we keep it at the top so new users can find the rules easier?
a TL0 (Trust level 0) should be taken straight to the rules when making their first topic.

That did not happen to me when i joined.
That’s what should happen, idk if this could be implemented due to discourse tho
It appears here for me:
The Welcome to the Hive Bedrock Forums! page also includes a link to the rules. I see no reason why it needs to be anywhere else, as that is the main screen
