What is the bug?
There were many torches but they only filled that specific block it was in causing the hallway to be dark

Never really bothers me since I use a shader.

We have no control of lighting from our server 
Unfortuantely this is a client bug. Do you mind me asking what client version you are on so I can make sure Minecraft are aware?

I was on a windows 10 computer, i dont know much other than that, i cant check right now either. Parents wont let me on pc
