Leaderboard API & Individual Stats API Aren't Synced

Stats from the leaderboard API are not always synced with stats from the individual stats API. For example, a player’s stats can show they’re #100 when pulled from leaderboard API, while saying #102 from the individual stats API.

@clankstar should be able to provide more information on this. Could be a logic issue, or most likely a caching issue
