Lag is never an issue for me, and nobody else ever lags in my games. Maybe you just have lag. Plus only HUGE lag give advantages.

You have 0 ping but others don’t, like even me with 17 ping, I still lag a lot and just because you don’t have lag doesn’t mean others don’t. I mean I’ve experienced lag but not the type AJ is talking about but it is mostly possible that it’s true and the Hive’s gravity is different so there could be much bigger changes.
WHAT??? How is Hive’s gravity different. Nobody has proof.
Throw a snowball in vanilla and then throw one in Hive. The distance and manner in which it falls is very different.
That’s the projectile physics, which Hive uses custom for. It effects nothing with players.

I’m aware of the custom physics for projectiles. are you sure it affects nothing with players? I’ve observed it affecting movement before
In the Murder Mystery map: Spaceship, you can buy a Space Suit, this Suit gives Jump Boost 2 and you only jump 2 and a half blocks

You make lag sound like an advantage; lag is not an advantage; I am a little confused. What you’re describing as lag is a hacker. I have lagged quite a but before and I have fought laggy players. While you can avoid taking damage while laggy and place infinite blocks and all that, that is just a visual lag, and when the server catches up you’ll just receive all the damage at once, your blocks won’t be placed, and often you’ll be teleported back. Lag doesn’t allow you to jump higher or use hacks.

Although potions may be removed in season three and it might be too late, I still want jump boost potion. This would be helpful when getting a bed and needing to escape, or if you’re being chased. I don’t see any reason why not to add this.

With potions being kept for 3 seasons now I would love to see common potions like this be added.

True, true. But I could see a temporary jump boost without the risk of blowing you up every so often, quite handy! As NotYoshi said, it would fit quite well with the potion theme! :>
I’m assuming it will be removed in season 5 which is when this could get added.
It might get replaced with something similar though to match the theme. Similar how the Jetpack replaced the wings in season 3.
