Inventory, chests, and other containers not opening

North America, Survival Games and Skywars

What is the bug?
I am assuming the bug is caused by right clicking a chest with an armor piece in your hand as that is how it happened to me, but it causes you to be unable to open your inventory or any chest for the rest of the game.
