I was playing on Mobile and to make it easier I swapped the blocks with the sword and idk why the sword suddenly disappeared.
P. S. I did 0 kills LOL

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
This is a client-side issue, if you select the first slot again the sword should re-appear.
The bug causing this issue has already been logged
