Half-heart sword (or fourth idk)

so,
i was brainstorming ideas for my writing essay thats due tommorow,
and i thought up the half-heart sword.

lemme break this down.

  • 10-15 emi to buy

  • single-use item

  • takes half (or 1/4 idk, idc) of your opponent’s hearts (armor makes no difference)

  • you have ONE HIT before the item dissapears from your inventory, meaning you can only click your mouse (ect) once.

  • only buyable twice (2 times) in the entire game.

  • rainbow.

I feel this may be too OP, but I want your opinion anyway! Feel free to share ideas and feedback!

Yeah absolutely not. Maybe in an ltm, but nothing further than that.

seems less op than dorys, replace dorys with this?

It takes you down to half a heart, dory are way less useful

without pearls dorys are an instant kill plus they lead to more annoying playstyles, if items as op as dorys are allowed i cant imagine this would mess up the game too much especially if u can only have 1 at a time

Just don’t go near an edge and dorys are no problem, with this you can’t pvp at all. TBH if this was added dorys would be NEEDED as a way to counter it. We don’t need any OP items in bedwars #RemoveDorys

Dories are fine. They just need to reduce KB.
For this ‘sword’. We already have items that can do something like this (and BETTER too).
Such as… oh I dunno… Wind charges? Potions? Fireballs?
The side effect of these items is that they require great accuracy to aim to give good amounts of damage. Swords are VERY easy to handle. If someone uses this ‘sword’ 2-4 times. It would…uhh… It’s just too OP…

but what if after u atttack the person with it you and your team cant attack for 5 mins

(counts with fireballs, totems etc.)

That would be horrible, what if someone was coming to your base then you use it, now they get your bed free. Plus, if you use it in the last 5 minutes, now yhe game ends in either a loss for you or a draw for the opponents, since YOU can’t attack. :skull: :sob:
