What is the bug?
The flame treasure particle doesn’t appear, probably due to a name change or something in 1.16.100

I can’t seem to reproduce this, the flame particles seem to be working.
It may be a resource pack that you’re using, could you try disabling them, and see if the issue persists?
It was just a resource pack issue, turning it off fixed it.
