When spectating a game, there should be an option to have a first-person view of a player.

Unfortunately It’s impsosible to spectate in first person as of now.

you could use “execute [player] ~~~ tp [spectator] ~~1~ facing ^0 ^0 ^1”
Yes, but then you’ll only see inside their head and be choppy
