I was affected in hub, and all mini-games
I’ve been experiencing lag on Hive for two days, it wasn’t bothering me at first, but then I lost 3 games of TW due to it. I’ve tested other servers and games, but it was only on Hive.

What region are you using?
It could be a 1.11 client problem.
Can you try and explain the lag you are having more? Is it switching between servers? While you’re fighting? FPS lag in a specific place?
More info allows me to debug and try and to help as much as I can 
Well for me since I got 1.11 I keep crashing 
The lag fixed itself yesterday. I would experience FPS lag, where everything froze for two seconds. It was in all mini games including the hub.
