Hmm, I don’t really see the point of this, let me explain: For the general public, the only rank you’d be able to get would be Hive Plus; it’s not like there’re a huge amount of purchasable ranks on offer. The offchance that you’d be eligible for two partner ranks would be very very slim, but the perks would be the exact same anyway.
