DeathRun Water Collision Bug

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
DeathRun; “Zoo” map, and potentially others.

What is the bug?
Collisions with still water appear to be a bit too precise.

Because of this, when running up the stairs in the last section of the “Zoo” map, there’s potential for the player to inappropriately collide with the still water if they are jump-running up the stairs, causing them to unfairly die. I’m sure this has something to do with the weird vanilla behavior between the stairs and the water considering they’re not full blocks, but I imagine this not being too difficult to fix on the server (considering something like adding a tick-long buffer to player and water collision detection should theoretically be enough to fix this).

There may potentially be more situations similar to this in other maps that result in the same unfair deaths, but this is the only one I found.

Device(s) & Version
Windows 10; Minecraft v1.16.221
