Crumbling Cobblestone into Coral Block Bug

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
What was affected - NA, Skywars, Pillars although may be able to be replicated on other maps.

What is the bug?
a small bug. When i placed down crumbling cobble stone it turned into tube coral block. it was only one block though and i havent gotten it to replicate yet.
